摘要
以铅酸电池为例介绍了慢脉冲快速充电方法有效控制电池充电时电池的极化。大电流造成析气反应的电化学极化加剧,抑制析气,加速电池充电反应,提高充电速度。慢脉冲中的小电流有效地控制了离子浓差极化,提高了充电效率。通过几种充电模式充电时析气的对比实验证实慢脉冲快速充电方法是一种低析气量、高效率的快速充电模式。
The fast charge with slow pulse for lead acid battery could efficiently control the polarization in the battery.The large current accelerates gas-forming electrochmical polarization and increase charging reaction and velocity. The small current of the slow pulse could efficiently decrease the ionic concentration polarization and increase the charging efficiency.By comparing the volume of gas evolution under several different charging models, it was verified that fast charge with slow pulse was a kind of low-gassing,high efficiency, high speed charging method.
