摘要
在采取相关多角化经营的企业中,既有成功的案例,也有失败的案例。怎么样才能够有效地使用企业所拥有的战略性资源,协调公司内部各个业务单元的相互关系,提高企业的整体价值,本文结合一个汽车服务企业的案例进行了探讨。
Now, there are many cases about related diversification, success or failure. How to use strategic resource of a firm effectively? How to harmonize the inter-relationship between business units and how to improve the total value of a firm are the key issues of modern business? Maybe the extension to new related market is the solution,based on the profit produced by resource synergy.This paper will discuss how to realize the resource synergy and how to adjust organization structure to support this synergy.
