摘要
本文从战略理论发展历史出发 ,对各种不同理论支撑的相关多角化发展战略作了概括和评价 ,指出竞争战略理论的相关多角化战略主要是产业环境分析下的有形关联多角化 ,而企业核心能力理论的相关多角化战略则是基于企业内核心能力基础上的无形关联。本文提出的战略资产理论的相关多角化是竞争战略理论和核心能力理论的融合 ,通过战略产业要素和战略性资产把企业资源和能力、有形与无形关联结合起来 。
From the history of the development of strategy theories, this paper surveys and assesses the relevant diversificational development strategies supported by various theories,and concludes that the diversification strategy from competitive strategy theory is mainly a tangible linking diversification in industrial environment;instead, the strategy from core competence theory is based on the intangible link from the firms' core competences. The strategic assets theory is the integration of competitive strategy theory and core competence theory, which intends to strategically align the internal and external environments of firms,by way of the combination of firms' resources and competences and the combination of their tangible and intangible links,through the strategic industry factors and strategic assets.
