摘要
现实的人性是人的各种本质属性相互规定的表现,可以说人性假设就是以一定价值取向对这种规定体的表现有选择地抽象、映射。社会科学和人文科学以一定的人性假设为前提,并以此推导和构造它的理论系统。组织行为学作为一门新兴学科,更是与人性假设紧密相关。以人性假设哲学内涵为研究起点,将其融于管理理论,探讨了其发展演变趋势和行为特征,综合分析了9大学科门类中3大人性论。
While most researchers who use economic or management theory to investigate human nature especially human behavior describe themselves as 'Economic man', there is no clear consensus on the meaning of this term in this context. Because organization and behavior are related to human nature in practice. This article studies human nature from philosophical perspective, analyzes its development of the trend in the management and the behavioral theories, and researches on three types of human natures by the synthesis of analysis in nine different courses.
