摘要
近年来出现了对组织文化研究反思的倾向。笔者通过对组织心理学历史的回顾,提出组织文化的研究是组织心理学发展的必然选择。分析了组织文化研究的理论基础,并预测组织文化研究未来的趋势。
In recent years ,there appeared a trend of reconsideration of the research of organizational culture . The article puts forward that the research of organizational culture was the inevitable choice to the development of organizational psychology by reviewing the organizational psychology history. Theoretical foundation of the research of organizational culture was analyzed and the future tendency of that was forecast.
