摘要
经济全球化是世界经济发展的趋势,指出了这种发展趋势有利于环境保护和可持续发展,但在某些条件下也会给环境保护和可持续发展带来一定的负效应。经济全球化反映了生产力内在发展的要求,提出了要抓住经济全球化机遇,切实重视科技创新,最大限度地发挥经济全球化对可持续发展的积极影响,克服其消极影响,推动人类的可持续发展,形成经济发展和生态环境保护的良性循环。
Economic globalization has become a general trend today. It benefits to the environmental protection and sustainable development, but under some terms it also brings negative effect. We should seize the opportunities of economic globalization, attach importance to scientific and technological innovation, limit a positive influence for developing economic globalization to sustainable development, and overcome its negative influence. Therefore, the human sustainable development can be propeled so as to create a favorable circle of economic development and environmental protection.
