摘要
理论界对集成、管理、集成管理、管理集成等概念存在混淆不清的现象。对集成与管理的辩证关系进行分析 ,有利于澄清概念 ,建立和完善集成管理理论。集成是一种要素的整合活动 ,集成的基本思想是整合增效。管理是一种促使要素集成 ,并形成有机系统的活动。集成思想对于管理具有指导作用 ,有效的集成需要有效的管理。管理集成不同于集成管理 ,集成管理理论应是具有普适性的理论。
There is confusion about the concepts of integration,management,integration management and management integration in theory field.The research about dialectical relationship between integration and management is useful for clarifying the concepts,and perfecting the integration management theories.Integration is the aggregation of factors that have some common attributes.The fundamental idea of integration is increasing efficiency through aggregation.Management is one of types of activities that enable elements or cells to be integrated and to form organic system.The idea of integration gives direction to traditional management.Effective integration needs effective management.Management integration is different from integration management.The theory of integration management is a general theory.
