摘要
通过对企业管理集成现象的分析，探讨了管理集成的内涵、特征及管理集成单元、集成界面、集成模式、集成条件与环境等管理集成理论的基本范畴。
Based on the theory of modern system sicence, the integrating phenomenon was analysed in enterprises' mansgement. The intention and characteristics of management integration as well as following basic categories of management integration theory were inquired into: management integration cell, pattern, interface, condition, environment and so on.
