摘要
随着经济体制改革的深入,农村经济市场化程度明显提高,但土地作为农业最基本的生产资料和自然资源,其市场化程度则明显滞后于整个市场经济发展的进程。这一状况已成为制约我国农村经济市场化进程的关键因素,影响着农业和农村经济的可持续发展。本文从土地的产权、市场机制、供求状况等方面分析了制约农村土地市场化的障碍,并提出了对策构想。
With the development of economical reform the marketization of rural economy has been greatly improved. However land as a fundamental means production and natural resource its degree of marketization has fell behind the development of whole market economy. This situation has become a key factor affecting the marketization process of national rural economy and the sustainable development of agricultural and rural economy. This paper analyzes the hindrances restricting the marketization of rural land from the aspects of ownership market mechanism and status of supply and demand of land and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
