根据产权的一般框架分析 ,我国农地流转权在制度变迁过程中存在的速度缓慢及地区差异问题的原因 ,除各地的自然资源、社会分工、市场经济发展的禀赋等因素之外 ,更重要的是 。
According to the general framework analysis of property rights, there are many reasons that result in tardiness and regional differences of rural land circulation rights during the process of institutional vicissitudes. Among them, the most important reasons are the difference between regional governments concerning the innovation degree of rural land circulation rights and the imperfection of institutional implementation mechanism.
