摘要
目的 :大柴胡汤加减治疗痛风性关节炎。方法 :用大柴胡汤加减治疗痛风性关节炎 ,观察其近期疗效。结果 :关节肿痛总有效率 91.7% ,血尿酸降至正常率 72 .2 %。结论 :大柴胡汤与痛风性关节炎有类似的病因、病机 ,治则基本相符。
OBJECTIVE: To analyse the therapeutic result of the Da Chai Hu in the treatment of gouty arthritis. METHODS: All of the 36 patients with gouty arthritis were treated with the Da Chai Hu We observed the therapeutic results of them. RESULTS: The overall response rate for the joints' swelling and pains was 91.7%, 26 cases were normal for the blood uric acid. The mainly side effect was diarrhea. CONCLUSION: Da Chai Hu has the same etopathology, pathogenesis with the disease of gouty arthritis .It has good result in treating gouty arthritis and it is safe.
