摘要 肿瘤患者循环DNA水平的增高、肿瘤特征性基因改变及循环肿瘤细胞端粒酶活性的表达,不仅可出现在肿瘤的晚期,也可发生在肿瘤的早期阶段。循环DNA和肿瘤细胞端粒酶的联合检测,对于肿瘤早期诊断有重要意义。 The increase of circulating DNA levels, the mutations of tumor characteristic genes and the telomerase expression of circulating tumor cells can be detected not only in advanced stage but also in early stage of tumors. The combinational detection of circulating DNA and telomerase of circulating tumor cells is useful for the early diagnosis of tumors.
