摘要
近年来 ,随着对特发性肺纤维化发病机制和病理生理变化的深入研究和分子生物学技术的应用 ,治疗上有了新的突破。现从免疫抑制剂、抗纤维化、细胞因子、抗氧化、中药等方面作一综述。
Along with the research about pathogenesis and patho lo gic physiology of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) and the application of mole cular biological technique,the treatment of IPF has achieved a scientific break through in recent years.The advances in immunosuppressant,antifibrosis,cytokine, antioxidation and traditional Chinese medicine are reviewed in this paper.
