摘要
信息时代要求企业既具有快速柔性的生产模式,又具有个性化服务的营销模式。依托协同电子商务平台和信息集成技术将企业前端客户关系系统(CRM)和后端企业资源计划系统(ERP)整合起来,实现从客户到供应商的完全连通,企业内部流程与外部交易完全一体化,通过CRM实现与客户的互动营销,通过ERP实现整个供应链上数据流的畅通,从而形成企业的竞争优势。
It is essential for enterprises to have an agile and high-speed production mode and a sale mode with individualized services in the information age. The integration of the front Customer Relationship Management(CRM) and the back Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) based on the collaborative E-business is advised so as to realize the complete connectivity from customers to suppliers and the integration of inner operation and outer business. It is pointed out that the enterprise competitive advantages can be gained by the interactive sales with clients based on CRM and by the smooth data flow in supply chain based on ERP.
