酒石酸对羟基磷灰石和牙本质化学吸附的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :研究酒石酸对羟基磷灰石 (HA)和牙本质的化学吸附。方法 :① 15 0g/L酒石酸水溶液(11.5 2mL)与HA (4 0 0 .0mg)混合 ,4 8h后分离不溶成分和滤液 ,并反复冲洗不溶物 ,真空干燥滤液和不溶物。用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪 (FTIR)对HA、酒石酸、滤液和不溶物进行定性分析 ,并作差谱。②用 15 0g/L酒石酸酸蚀牙本质 2min后冲洗、干燥 ,用衰减全反射技术 (ATR)分析表面特征谱带。结果 :酒石酸作用于HA后形成酒石酸钙盐有两种结构 ,一种溶解性较大 ,对HA有脱钙作用 ;另一种溶解性较小能化学吸附于HA和牙本质表面。结论 :酒石酸对HA具有脱钙 -吸附作用 ,并能够通过离子键化学性吸附于牙本质表面。 AIM:To determine whether the hydroxyapatite (HA) and the dentins can be decalcified and chemisorbed by tartaric acid (TA) or not.METHODS:After 150 g/L TA aqueous solution (11.52 mL) was mixed with HA (400.0 mg) for 48h, the solid materials and the filtrate liquid were separated, then dried in a vacuum over silica gel. Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FTIR) and subtraction technique were performed for the dried solid materials, the desiccate filtrate, the pure TA and HA respectively.One piece of fresh dentin disk was etched with TA solution for 2 min, then rinsed, while another piece was not etched as a control. Both were dried and detected by Attenuated Total Reflectance (ATR) to verify the bonding evidence of the TA to the dentin surface.RESULTS:FTIR and ATR findings revealed that there existed the typical stretching bands of carboxylic salt after the reaction of TA with HA and the dentin. There were two types of calcium tartarate after the reaction between TA and HA. One was insoluble in own acid solution when two carbonyl groups reacted with calcium; another was soluble in own acid solution when only one carbonyl group reacted with calcium.CONCLUSION:This study findings showed the decalcification and chemosorption of HA and the dentins by TA. [
