摘要
采用加压水溶液法,探讨制备α半水石膏时的晶体形貌控制、级配方法、废液循环利用等问题。试验结果表明,硫酸铝有良好的晶体粗化效果,柠檬酸钠对晶轴压缩的作用好于酒石酸钾钠;通过添加晶种并控制蒸压时间的方法,获得的级配效果最好;废液的循环利用,对开发绿色、环保、节能型石膏建材具有重要的实用价值。
Some questions on preparation of α-hemihydrate gypsum with hydrothermal method in pressure such as the gypsum crystal appearance control, grading, wastewater circulation were discussed. The result indicated that aluminum sulfate is the best additive for crystal coarsing, the act of sodium citrate is better for crystal axis compression than potassium sodium tartrate; adding crystal seed and controling autoclave time is the best method for grading; the recycling application of wastewater has important practical significance for development of green, energy-saving gypsum building malerial.
