摘要
提出用于缠绕弯管的纤维路径和机器路径设计的数学原理和方法 ,并开发了一套设计和制造复合材料弯管的CAD系统 该系统的主要功能如下 :(1)设计满足所有缠绕技术要求的稳定纤维路径 ;(2 )生成用于有限元分析的层叠网格数据 ;(3)生成用于四轴缠绕机的控制数据 ;(4 )纤维路径和机器路径的实时三维仿真 设计出的纤维路径不会产生打滑、架桥等现象 。
This paper presents mathematical principles and methods for the fiber path and machine path design of composite elbows, based on which a CAD system is developed The main features of this system are: (1) Designing stable fiber paths fulfilling all the technical requirements for filament winding; (2) Generating laminate data for Finite Element Analysis; (3) Generating control data for four axis winding machine; (4) Real time simulating the fiber paths and machine paths The fiber paths designed by this system are stable, non bridging and uniformly cover the mandrel
