摘要
为了解决高压弯管缠绕过程中出现的产品质量不稳定、效率低和生产成本较高等问题,提出一种采用2轴计算机控制缠绕机来实现高压弯管的缠绕成型方法。给出弯管表面测地线缠绕方程,运用面片缠绕理论求取缠绕节点,对缠绕线型进行优化设计并进行排线试验。结果表明:优化设计后的缠绕线型计算简便、控制程序简单、排线稳定,能够满足各种高压弯管的缠绕需求。
two-axis computer-controlled filament winding machine was designed to solve the problems of the unsteady quality, low productivity and high cost in the winding process of high pressure elbows. An equation of geodesic winding of elbows was given. The winding nodes were obtained according to the patch winding theory. The winding pattern was optimized and tested in the filament winding machine. Result shows that the optimal winding pattern has such advantages as easy calculation, simple control program, and steady winding pattern. It can meet the winding requirements of all elbow fittings.
