摘要
用不同直径的钻头钻进同样岩石时,各参数间的相似关系是利用室内模拟钻进资料和历史钻进资料指导和分析钻探生产实际的基础和桥梁。本文根据相似理论以及金刚石钻进碎岩机理分析了孕镶金刚石钻头全尺寸钻进和模拟(微钻)钻进的相似关系．揭示和讨论了钻头唇面的压力分布规律,每转切入深度相等的条件下钻压相似关系、钻速相等的条件下规程参数相似关系以及钻头磨损相似关系。并且通过实际钻进试验多种岩石,验证了这些关系的正确性和准确性。
The analogous relationship between drilling parameters in different inside and outside diameters of the impregnated diamond bits are the base and bridge for analyzing and in-structing field drilling practice with the information of laboratory analogous drilling test and historical materials. Based on the rock frogmentation mechanism of diamond drilling and the utilization of Analogy Theory to analyze the analogic relation between the analo-gous drilling and full-scale drilling in this paper. The analogous relationship between twobits in different diameters are identified and verified by practical drilling tests in some kinds of rocks, which include the pressure distributing pattern on the bit crown, the ana-logous criterion of the pressure under the same bit-cutting depth per revolution condition, of the pressure and RPM under the same drilling rate condition, and of the bit wearing.
