摘要
在实验室钻进条件下,通过采用热电偶测定孕镶金刚石钻头胎休内距唇面2.0-0.25mm处工作温升,确定了胎体内沿高度方向温度分布;描述了钻头唇面温升特点;研究了钻压与转速对温升的不同影响;测出了烧钻时钻头胎体温升变化情况;最后还讨论了高温对钻头中金刚石造成的损害.
Abstract In laboratory drilling tests, the working temperature of impregnated diamond bit has been measured with thermocouple. The distance between the kerf and the place where the working temperature was measured is 2.0 - 1.25 mm. Under the basis of the tests, we have defined the axial distribution of working temperature within the bit matrix, and described the characteristics of temperature increase at the kerf of bit. Also, the different effects of bit pressure and rotation speed upon temperature increase are studied. In addition, the temperature change in a burning bit has been measured and the damage of high temperature upon diamonds in the bit discussed
