摘要
以玫瑰茎段为试材,6-BA、NAA、GA3及蔗糖为试验因子,每因子设置3个含量水平,以不同培养基的增殖系数为测定指标,通过L9 34 正交试验,筛选出1种宜于玫瑰茎段增殖培养的理想培养基,即MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L+GA30.05mg/L+蔗糖35g/L.
Selecting Rose rugosa stem as material,6BA,NAA,GA3 and sucrose as factors which have three content levels respectively,and the multiplying coefficient of different mediums as index of this experiment,an ideal medium which is MS+6BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L+GA3 0.05 mg/L+sucrose 35 g/L for multiplying culture of Rose rugosa stem is sifted through the crossed test of L9(34).
