摘要
频带反射腔控振荡器具有单调谐特性,适当调整振荡器耦合系数K等参数,可使振荡器振荡频率极为接近频带反射腔的谐振频率,文中讨论了耦合系数K值的近似计算,对调整耿氏有源传感器具有指导意义,分析与实验均表明,频带反射腔体受介质微扰所产生的频偏计算值与振荡器振荡频率变化值相当一致,在三厘米波段,两者一致的带宽≥200MHz,因此,频带反射腔控振荡器适于作为高精度的有源传感器。
The reflection within frequency band type controlled oscillator using Gunn diodes has one mode of oscillation. Controlled coupling coefficient of a self-excited oscillation circuit and reflection cavity, the oscillation frequency approach the resonance frequency of reflection type cavity. In this paper, coupling coefficient K is calculated. The experimental results of oscillating frequency shifts produced by the inserting of the dielectric material are in good consistence with the calculated re~ suits of the reflection type cavity frequency shifts by a peturbation method. The reflection within frequency band type cavity controlled oscillators using Gunn diodes is a perfect active sensor.
