基于多纵模掺铒光纤激光器的有源曲率传感器设计(英文)

摘要 提出了一种基于多纵模掺铒光纤激光器的有源曲率传感器,并对传感器进行了理论设计.通过将掺铒光纤粘贴于简支梁并采用拍频解调的方式对曲率参量进行传感.利用5次多项式拟合拍频与曲率半径的理论关系曲线表明该传感器的R^2达到了0.999 94,说明设计符合实际应用场合的需要. An active curvature sensor based on multi-longitudinal-mode erbium-doped fiber laser is proposed and theoretically designed. By pasting the erbium-doped fiber onto a supported beam and monitoring the beat frequency shift, a curvature sensor is constructed. By fitting the theoretically calculated beat frequency as a function of the radius of curvature using a 5-order polynomial, the sensing curve turns out a coefficient of deter- mination of 0. 999 94, which ensures its applicability for practical applications.
