摘要
利用刚粘塑性有限元方法,对1420铝锂合金特深模锻件反挤成形过程进行了热力耦合FEM分析,获得了1420铝锂合金反挤成形时载荷与位移的关系以及工件上的内应力、应变、应变速率和温度的分布信息。所得结果对工艺制度的制定和模具设计都具有指导意义。
By considering the coupled thermo - mechanical relations between temperature and deforming, a numerical simulation of the special long forging for 1420 Al - Li alloy during-inverted extrusion was done by using rigid visco-plastic finite element method in this paper. The relations between total load and the displacement, the distribution of stress, strain, temperature and strain rates during forging, which can provide useful information for the process design, were gained.
