摘要
热锻过程中温度和变形相互之间的影响是非常显著的.以刚粘塑性有限元法和热力耦合模拟热锻过程的基本原理为基础开发了一套有限元模拟软件,对模拟中存在的初始速度场、收敛准则和摩擦条件等关键问题提出了有效解决办法,并以镦粗为例进行了模拟.
Because the interactional effect of temperature and deformation in the process of hot foring forming is very evident, a FEM simulation software is developed based on the rigid visco plastic finite element method and the coupled thermalmechanical analysis. This article introduces key problems and it can be used to simulate the process of upsetting machining.
