摘要
在厦门港微型硅藻分类研究中,发现小盘藻属二新种和小环灌属一新变种,用检索表对小盘藻的二新种与已报道的另4种作了比较。
In a study of nanoplanktonic diatom collections from sea waters off Xiamen,two new species of Minidiscus and a new variety of Cyclotelle were observed using electron microscopy. They are.1)Minidiscus spinulosus Gao, Cheng et Chin sp. nov.Valves circular or irregularly circular, 3-5 nm in diameter,areolae arrange in radial striae. There are spinules spreading on the valve striae. 2-5 strutted processes and a subcentral labiatted process situate remote from valve margin.2)Minidiscus ocellatus Gao,Cheng et Chin sp. nov.Vavles circular,6 μm in diameter,areolae arrange in radial and spiral way. Valve surface has not any processes except for having a subcentrally big labiatted process.3)Cyclotella cryptica var. ambigua Cheng,Gao et Chin var. nov.Valves circular and flat ,3. 8μ m in diameter. It is not distinct between valve center and valve margin. There are five strutted processes and a small labiatted process situating at valve margin and there are not any strutted processes at valve center. It differs from the typical species mainly by that its valve areolae are small and scattering at valve margin instead of forming distinct costae.
