摘要
介绍了一种光电液位测量结构的基于DSP的数据采集和处理方案。详细叙述了该光电液位测量方法的原理,DSP器件的选择,固体图像传感器驱动电路的设计,A/D转换器件与DSP的接口与数据采集和处理的方法及其具体实现的流程框图,并给出了总的电路原理图,最后通过搭建实验证明了该方法的应用可以实现液位的实时测量。对于DSP器件使用和实时液位测量具有一定的实际意义。
A design of data acquiring and signal processing based on DSP in the opto-electronic liquid level measurament is introduced,which include the principle of the opto-electronic liquid level measurement,the selcection of DSP,the design of the driving circuit of the solid image sensor,the interface between A/D element and DSP,the method and the flow chart of the data receiving and signal processing.Based on those above,the circuit diagram is given.At last,it is proved that the application of this method can achieve the real-time liquid level measurement through the experiment.It is significative in the practice of DSP and the real-time liquid level measurement.
