摘要
介绍了线阵固体图像传感器特性参数的测试方法、装置及结果，并讨论了１１个特性参数的定义。
A new test method with measuring apparatus and measured results of characteristic parameters for linear solid state image sensors has been systematically studied in this paper. The definitions of characteristic parameters are discussed and some figures of practical measurement are given.
