摘要
一、引言 在价值工程和系统工程中,方案评价均采用了加权评分法。这种方法在确定加权系数时,由于采用了强制评分法(即FD法),所以具有较大的主观性。另一方面,在确定各评价因素的得分时,由于不同的人对某一评价因素的打分不同,其评价结果也是不同的,这仍具有一定的主观性。为此,文献[3]在考虑到各评价因素(如性能、生产性、可靠性、经济效益、社会效益等)所具有的模糊性(或主观性)和不相容性的同时,采用了关联度的方法来评价方案。
Accrding to the principle of grey theory.fuzzy mathematics, matter member analysis and value analysis,this paper will mainly discuss the evaluation of integration schems.give a practical example of natural gas net work systems to txamine whether this method is correct or not. Based on the degree of relation, DARE method.Subordination and matter member rank,we can come to conclussion that the evaluation of integration schems is more objectire and practical than traditional method.
