摘要
本文对[1]文提出的灰色评估法加以补充和完善,引入了层次分析法和模式识别技术,使本方法无论对于人或事的评估均可建立在一个比较客观的评估指标之上。应用结果表明,本方法可有效地避免受评者在主要评估指标上得分高、在次要评估指标上得分低而遭淘汰,而在次要评估指标上得分高、在主要评估指标上得分低反而得到重用的不合理现象,为决策者提供科学决策的数量依据。
Based on the grey theory and the Analytic Hierarcohy Process and Patlera Recoginition Technique, a new appriasal methool for pirsonal activity or objective is proposed in the paper.This method has b(?)en tested in evalnating teacher qualities and the resultes shown that the method of Grey Analytie Hierarchy is very efficient, It will provide a seientifie base for the decision maker of gorermantal institute.
