摘要
废水治理工程评价是一个复杂的系统问题，文章将层次分析法与其它系统工程方法结合起来，建立了综合评价废水治理工程的定量模型，并应用于某省七家小造纸厂黑液治理工程的排序。
In view of the complicated systematical problem of assessingwastewator treatment engineerings, the analytical hierarchy process is integratedwith other systematical analytical methods to establish a quantitative model forevaluating the comprehensive benefit of a wastewater treatmemt engineering,which has now been applied to the sequence arrangement in the black efflueatstreatment engineerings of seven small paper mills in a certain province.
