摘要
阐述了黄金企业内部分配制度改革应遵循的一般原则 ,对科学评价生产要素的内容体系进行了有益的探索。在认真分析分配制度改革过程中存在问题的基础上 ,结合实际提出了一些建设性的改革措施 ,对于黄金企业正在开展的劳动、人事、分配三项制度改革将起到积极的促进作用。
The principles of the reform of distribution system that must be followed are described.The contents of evaluating essential factors of production are explored.On the basis of the analysis of the problems existed in the process of the reform of distribution system,this paper puts forward a few constructive measures to hope playing positive roles in the course of reforms of labour,personel and distribution systems.
