摘要
采用光学金相和电子探针等分析手段,对Ta-10W合金与30CrNi2MoA钢爆炸复合后的界面状态进行了研究。结果表明,只要爆炸复合工艺参数合适,就能够获得具有良好界面强度的波状结合。形成的波形是非对称性的,在波峰的后面有成份主要是钽、铁、钨的熔化槽存在。当这种脆性熔化槽呈分散分布时对界面结合强度影响不大。
The explosive cladding interfaces of tantalum-10 tungsten with 30CrNi2MoA steel have been studied by optical microscopy and electron microprobe. The results show that wave bonding with high interface strength can be obtained when process parameters of explosive cladding are proper. The wave form is asymmetry. At the back of the wave, the melt pockets, principally Ta, Fe, W exist. Such brittle melt pockets have little effect on the bonding strength of the interface when they are in a scattered distribution
