Ti_3Al基金属间化合物合金热疲劳性能的研究

摘要 利用板状试样无拘束法测定了经不同热处理的两种Ti_3Al基合金的热疲劳性能,热循环上下限温度分别为700和20℃。结果表明,含β相较多的T62合金的热疲劳性能优于T63合金。热处理制度明显影响合金中β相及α_2相的尺寸与分布。β相的尺寸较小且均匀分布时,对热疲劳性能有利,所以对于T63合金A制度优于B,而对T62合金B优于A。 Thermal-fatigue properties of plate specimen of 2 kinds of Ti_3Al-based alloys with different heat treatment have been measured by an unrestricted method. The upper and lower limits of temperature in the thermal cycles are 700℃ and 20℃, respectively. The results show that the thermal-fatigue properties of T62 alloy, which contains more β-phase are better than that of T63 alloy. The heat treatment has greatly affected the size and distribution of β and α_2 phases in alloys. Smaller size and even distribution of β phase improve thermal fatigue properties. Consequently the heat-treat process A is better than B for alloy T63, and B is better than A for T62.
