摘要
选取通用性强、综合性能优越的H13钢,通过与一次性电炉冶炼进行比较,试验研究了电渣重溶、VHD处理和钢包喷粉三种工艺对模具钢热疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,三种精炼工艺都提高了H13钢的热疲劳性能,尤以VHD处理效果最为显著。
According to the tendency of development of steelmaking technology, the functions of various secondary refining methods such as ESR, VHD and SL are investigated. The thermalfatigue behavior of H 13 produced by above three secondary refining methods is examined, and H 13 is selected as the representative of die steels on account of its wide applications. The thermal-fatigue property is measured using the method improved by the authors and the test results possess very good repeatability and accuracy. It is shown that all the three kinds of refining methods play an important role in improving the thermal-fatigue property of steel H13, VHD refining,however, is the most efficient one.
