摘要
介绍了在低温烧结炉中,生产出适于制作钼电极的大规格(Φ80 mm)烧结棒的基本工艺。实验发现,粉末粒度对钼烧结棒组织密度的影响,随着棒径的增大,若选用粒度偏细的钼粉,难以获得较高密度的烧结棒,其组织里外很不均匀;而选用较粗钼粉,便可获得较高密度而且组织里外分布都很均匀的烧结棒。
Big sintered bars (Φ80mm) for making molybdenum electrodes have been produced in a low-temperature sintering furnace. Experinmental results showed the powder particle size effects on the structure and density of molybdenum sintering bars. With the increase of the bar diameter, not only the density of the sintering bars is very low, but the inside composition distribution is not same if fine powder is used. If coarse powder is used, We can abtain high density and same structure distribution throughout the bar.
