摘要
本文根据对Ti-0.05Ru-0.6Ni、Ti-0.2Pd和纯钛(TA2)在各种介质中的腐蚀试验结果,进行了详细的分析对比,结果表明,Ti-0.05Ru-0.6Ni合金在硫酸、盐酸以及高温氯化物中具有与Ti-0.2Pd相似的耐均匀腐蚀性能和抗缝隙腐蚀性能。在室温30%硫酸和20%盐酸中的动电位阳极极化曲线与Ti-0.2Pd相似,没有出现活化峰,金属表面钝化性能稳定。该合金比Ti-0.2Pd开路电位正,维钝电流小,合金表面更容易钝化。
The corrosion test results of Ti-0.05Ru-0.6Ni, Ti-0.2Pd and Pure Titanium (TA2) in different medium, indicate that the homogeneity and crevice corrosion resistance of Ti—0.05Ru-0.6Ni alloy in H_2SO_4,HCl and Chloride at high temperature are similar to Ti-0.2Pd alloy. No activation reak appears in the potentiodynamic positive polarization curves for Ti-0.05Ru-0.6Ni alloy in 30%H_2SO_4and 20%HCl at room temperature, which is similar to Ti-0.2Pd.this alloy has a stable passivation bebavior and a higher open circuit potential and smaller keeppassivattion current the alloy's snrface is easier to be passivated than Ti—0.2Pd alloy.
