摘要
研究了8#新锆合金的组织与耐蚀性能。在高压釜中进行了360,400℃和500℃的腐蚀试验。腐蚀结果表明,8#合金的抗均匀腐蚀性能和抗疖状腐蚀性能均优于Zr-4合金。在400℃、10.3MPa水蒸汽中腐蚀168天时,8#合金的增重为Zr-4合金的80%左右。500℃腐蚀200h后,8#合金仍未出现疖状腐蚀。TEM观察表明,α-Zr晶内及晶界上存在着许多Zr(FeCr)2的第二相粒子。
The structure and corrosion resistance of 8 #new zirconium alloy are studied. The corrosion tests a the temperatures of 360℃, 400℃ and 500℃ have been carried out in autoclaves. The corrosion results show that 8 #alloy is better than zircaloy-4 for both uniform corrosion resistance and nodular corrosion resistance. When exposured in steam at 400℃, 10.3 MPa for 168 days, the weight gain of 8 #alloy is about 80% of that of zircaloy-4. After 8 #alloy was exposed for 200 hours at 500℃,the nodules have never been observed on the surface of the alloy. TEM observation shows that many second phase particles of Zr(Fe, Cr) 2 whih haxagonal structure exist in the grains and on the grain boundary ofα-Zr.
