摘要
TiO_2是一种重要的功能材料,具有广阔的应用前景。它有3种晶型,不周的晶型具有不同的特性,其晶粒的大小也直接影响其性能。在溶胶-凝胶法合成过程中,导致TiO_2晶型转变及影响晶粒大小的因素有很多。综述了近年来在这方面的研究结果。
TiO2 is an important functional material and has wide potential applications. There are three different TiO2 crystal types. The properties of TiO2 strongly depend on the crystal type and the particle size. The crystal type and particle size of TiO2 prepared with sol-gel method can be influenced by many factors and the main factors are summarized in this paper.
