摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶法制备掺杂N i2+的纳米TiO2,并用XRD和TEM进行了表征,发现N i2+的掺杂减小了TiO2颗粒的粒径,N i2+/TiO2晶型为锐钛型。通过对目标物罗丹明B的光催化降解实验,发现N i2+的掺杂提高了TiO2的光催化活性,其降解罗丹明B的反应遵从一级反应动力学方程,N i2+惨杂量为1.2%时的光催化活性最高。
Uhrafine particles of Ni^2+/TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results showed that the photocatalytic activity of Ni^2+ doped TiO2 for Rhodamine B degradation was much higher than that of pure TiO2 particles. The photocatalytic oxidation of Rhodamine B conformed the law of first order reaction. The optimum doping dose of the Ni^2+/TiO2 was 1.2% for the photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B.
