摘要
玉米素(ZT)和玉米素核苷(ZR)抑制马铃薯黄化萌条节段或匍匐茎切段的块茎形成,激动素(KT)作用相反;ZT和KT都可以提高匍匐茎中碳水化合物的含量,降低蔗糖酶活性,对淀粉酶活性基本无影响;ZT和KT均不促进完整植株的块茎形成,ZT可破除LD条件下植株的顶端优势.认为内源细胞分裂素不是诱导块茎形成的物质.
The effects of cytokinins on tuberization and carbohydrate metabolism of isolated organs and the effects on growth and tuberization of intact plants of potato (Solanum tuberosum cv. Gaoyuan No. 4) are discussed. The results showed that zeatin (ZT) and zeatin riboside (ZR) inhibite tuberization of the internodes of etiolated sprouts or the stolon cuttings, while kinetin (KT) has a reverse effect. Both ZT and KT increase the carbohydrate contents and decrease the activity of invertase in stolons, and their effects on the activity of amylase are insignificant. ZT and KT did not stimulate tuberization of intact plants, while ZT can break the apical dominance manifested in the plants grown under non-inducing conditions. It is suggested that endogenous cytokinins are not the tuber-inducing substances.
