摘要
以80%的热乙醇浸提马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum)植株茎叶,提取液浓缩后溶于10%醋酸,以三氯甲烷萃取后醋酸液调pH等于10,加热得到沉淀,用95%乙醇重结晶后得到白色粉状物质,离体培养马铃薯的黄化萌条节段(MS培养基),100ppm的上述物质可使块茎形成率提高1倍,并促进块茎的生长。
Leaves and stems of potato plants (Solanum tuberosum cv. Gaoyuan No.4 ) were extracted with 80% ethanol at 90℃.The extract was reduced in υacuo at 60℃ and washed out with 10% acetic acid (AcOH). The AcOH phase was partitioned against chloroform and then adjusted to pH 10. The preciptate formed was recrystallized with 95% ethanol and white powder was obtained. Tuber formation and growth of the internodes of etiolated sprouls of potato was increased about two times by the powder in a concentration of 100 ppm.
