摘要
研究结果表明,以粉碎的玉米粒扩大繁殖菌种,其产抱量最多;雪霉病菌粗毒素对小麦离体叶片、种根及芽均具有很强的致毒作用;其强弱视粗毒素溶液的浓度、作用时间的长短及品种的不同而有明显差异,经生物检测发现,用带顶部2片叶(含穗)的穗节插入盛粗毒素溶液的三角瓶中进行测定,是鉴定粗毒素对小麦叶组织致害作用的一种较好方法,测定用的粗毒素溶液浓度以25%左右为宜,调查时间以插后第4天为宜。
Extraction of crude toxin produced by Gerlachia nivalis and the methods of test of pathogenicity of this crude toxin to wheat cultivar (lines) were studied mainly. Results as follows: Gerlachia nivalis can produce alarge of spores when it is cultured on cracked corn. The crude toxin of Gerlachia nivalis posseses strong toxicity to wheat leaf in vitro, root and shoot of wheat seed. Obvious differences were observed about toxicity when concentration of crude toxin, time of treatment and wheat cultivar (lines) are different respectively. That spikes with two top leaves of wheat are stuck into crude toxin is a good method of test of destruction of the crude toxin to wheat leaf tissue. The concentration of the crude toxin is about 25%. Appropriate time of observation or investigation of the results is the fourth day after treatment.
