摘要
中小企业在市场竞争中面临技术垄断,为谋求企业自身发展,寻求一种合理的技术获取制度具有重要意义。本文结合产业理论,在具体分析四种技术获取的制度安排基础上,得出了一些重要结论和政策建议。
Medium-mini Enterprises are facing monopoly for technology in the fierce marketing competition.So there will be great significance to seek a proper policy about technology-acquisition for the self-development of the enterprises.Based on detailed analyse of four types of policy arrangement about tech-acquisition and industry organization theory.The article reaches some important conclusion and provides some useful advice for the policy-making.
