The study between technology acquisition mode and firm performance

摘要技术获取方式是企业技术战略的重要组分,对企业竞争力及可持续发展具有深远影响。以陕西省的178家企业为研究对象,结合陕西省企业发展和所处技术环境的实际情况,针对外部技术获取模式和内部技术获取对企业绩效的影响提出了假设,并对内部技术获取在外部技术获取和企业绩效的关系上扮演的是调节作用还是中介作用做了检验。结果表明:无论是外部技术获取还是内部技术获取都对于企业绩效有较显著的正面影响;内部技术获取对于外部技术获取和企业绩效间的关系的调节作用并不显著,但存在部分中介作用。 Technology acquisition mode is an important component of firm＇s technology strategy,it has profound influence on firm＇s competitive strength and sustainable development.The analytical sample comprises a total of 178 firms in shanxi province.The analytical results present： either external technology acquisition or internal technology acquisition has significant positive impact on performance,the moderating effect of internal technology acquisition on the relationship between external technology acquisition and performance is not significant,but the partial mediating effect is significant.
