摘要
在岗位价值评估中,不同评价因素对同类型岗位价值的影响程度有差异;同一评价因素对不同类型岗位价值的影响程度也不同。因此,必须给予各个评价因素赋予合适的权重来体现这种差异。本文把层次分析法应用于岗位价值评估中的评价因素权重的确定,具有很强的操作性,为企业的科学管理提供了可靠的依据。
In the job evaluation,impact of different appraisal factor on the same type of post is different and impact of the same appraisal factor on different type of posts is different.So we must endow every appraisal factor with the suitable weight to embody this difference.This text applies AHP to appraisal factor weights assessing problem in the job evaluation,has very strong operation and offer the reliable basis for scientific management in the enterprise.
