监测SARS病人IFN-γ、IFN-α、NO和iNOS水平及其意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :通过监测严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)病人血清干扰素γ(IFN -γ)、干扰素α(IFN -α)、一氧化氮 (NO)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)浓度的变化 ,探讨干扰素和NO在SARS发病过程中的意义。方法 :采用硝酸还原酶法测定血清NO2- /NO3- 、酶联免疫吸附法定量测定IFN -γ、IFN -α、iNOS含量检测早期、恢复期SARS病人以及出院后SARS随访者 ,同时测定急诊等一线未患SARS医护人员和健康体检者作对照。结果 :SARS病人早期组血清IFN -α均值显著高于其他各组 (P <0 0 1) ,SARS恢复期组与急诊等一线未患SARS组比较有明显差异 (P <0 0 5)。SARS早期组血清IFN -γ均值显著高于其他各组 (P <0 0 1) ,SARS恢复期组、SARS随访组与急诊等一线未患SARS组比较均有明显差异 (P <0 0 1)。SARS早期组NO2 - /NO3- 均值高于其他各组 (P <0 0 5) ,SARS恢复期组、SARS随访组均值均与急诊等一线未患SARS组和健康对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 0 1)。SARS早期组iNOS均值高于其他各组 (P <0 0 1) ,SARS恢复期组与急诊等一线未患SARS组有明显差异 (P <0 0 5)。 4项指标均值其它组间两两比较差异均无显著 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :SARS病人的病理损伤与NO自由基类分子的增高有关 。 AIM: To study the serum level of interferon ( IFN)-γ, IFN-α, nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxied synthase (iNOS) in severe ac ute respiratory syndrome (SARS) patients and to expl ore its significance. METHODS: IFN-γ, IFN-α, NO and iNOS were determined in SARS patients during the early, recovery and follow-up stage, the health doctors and nurses and health people, respectively. RESULTS : The serum level of IFN-α during the early stage was higher than that of other groups (P<0 01) and the means of recovery stage was higher than th at o f the health doctors and nurses group (P<0 05). The level of IFN-γ during the early stage was higher than that of other groups (P<0 01) and the level s of recovery stage, follow-up stage were higher than that of the health doctors and nurses group (P<0 01), respectively. The level of NO during the early s t age was higher than that of other groups and the level of NO during recovery sta ge, follow -up stage were higher than that of the health doctors and nurses and health peop le group (P<0 01), respectively. The activity of iNOS during the early stag e was higher than that of other stages (P<0 01)and the iNOS activity of rec overy stage was higher than that of the health doctors and nurses (P<0 05). CONCLUSION: The pathological injury in pathogenesis of SARS is related t o high level of IFN and NO. IFN has the capacity of anti-vir us.
