摘要
研究了9种化学杀虫剂对绿僵菌和粉拟青霉两种虫生真菌孢子萌发率和菌落生长速率的影响。结果表明:其对绿僵菌抑制力降低顺序依次为:辛硫磷>1605微胶囊剂>溴氢菊酯>乐果>甲基1605>氧化乐果>久效磷>杀螟松>甲基异柳磷。4种化学杀虫剂对粉拟青霉抑菌力降低顺序为:辛硫磷>甲基异柳磷>甲基1605>1605微胶囊剂。
Reports germination and growth of two entomopathogenic fungi impacted by several chemical insecticides.The descending order of 9 pesticides inhibiting Metarhizium anisopliae were phoxim,parathion microcapsules,decamethrin, dimethoate, methyl-parathion, omethoate, monocrotophos, fenitrothion, methyl-isofenphos, and 4 pesticides inhibiting Paecilomyces farinosus were phoxim,methyl-isofenphos,methyl-parathion, and parathion microcapsules.
