摘要
对水解酶 β 半乳糖苷酶的酶源、特性、体内代谢作简要介绍 ,同时讨论了固定化技术、基因工程技术生产乳糖酶的发展现状。
In this paper,lactase from different microbes,and their metabolism in the body were reviewed. The technology of immobilization and gene engineering were also introduced.
