摘要
用三种不同强度的焊条焊接同一种母材SM58Q钢,构成高、等、低匹配的焊接接头,这些焊件在冷却过程中其粗晶区发生的拘束应变依次减小。拘束应变给高温奥氏体引入位错等晶体缺陷,促使B_3点增高,从而使珠光体小岛及其铁素体基体所构成的组织增多,上贝氏体减少。所以高匹配粗晶区韧性最高,而低匹配最低,等匹配居中。
Under restrained conditions,electrodes of three different strength level are used to weld SM58Q
steel to carry out overmatching,evenmatchingng and undermatching welds.Charpy impact test shows
that the energy of overmatching CGHAZ is higher than that of the others and the energy of under-
matching CGHAZ is the lowest of them.According to both microstructure and fracture surface analg-
sis,the diffused distribution pearlite islands are produced in overmatching CGHAZ,which plays a role
of the retardation for cracking propagtion,and the coarse grain upper bainite is a main microstucture
in undermatching CGHAZ,the bainite can be one of the reasons for producing elastic fracture surfaces
in broken specimens at—40℃.
